Our goal

Our executive coaches are seasoned professionals, with years of training and certification to provide you with the most up-to-date tools and skills in leadership development. CEO Companions offers a consistent wisdom in action that embodies not only management and strategy but also philosophy and spiritual knowledge. Our services are based on explicit deontology rules such as confidentiality, non-judgmental counselling and a concrete action-cycle process. Therefore, every assignment is based on a tri-partite contract among CEO Companions, the executive coachee and the company. We also organise “touch base” briefing meetings with the HR and the Board member managing our client, both before launching and after completing the one-to-one sessions with the client.

As a corporate sherpa and a trusted advisor, we listen carefully to your needs in order to build together with you the most accurate approach to facing your challenges hands on, whether individually or collectively. Every executive coaching is specialised and truly unique. We work in English, French and German. An executive coaching with CEO Companions is made up of monthly half-day sessions and usually lasts between six and nine months.
