Thierry Chavel

French citizen, born in Paris, Thierry graduated from EM Lyon business school and studied Industrial Sociology and Organizational Development in France and in Switzerland. An Advanced Studies degree (DEA) in Human Resources gave him the opportunity to analyse management behaviours in non for profit organisations and to design in-depth market relationships in the European postal industry. He holds a PhD in management science (cum laude) and an accreditation to supervise research (HDR), both from University of Paris Panthéon Assas/

After a first experience as an I.T. project manager with ALSTOM, Thierry worked for a few years as an organization consultant for SV&GM (now part of PWC), where he developed and implemented new organizational patterns — BPR, productivity efficiency, quality management, M&A follow-ups — in the banking sector, pharmaceutical and bio-tech industries as well as entertainment resorts.

Having subsequently specialised in the development of operational coaching for managers, Thierry worked in a wide range of projects including change management training, high potential assessments, intercultural communication improvements, management by objectives programs, etc. Thierry has been an executive coach for more than 25 years, providing extensive, tailor-made support to high level business leaders and executive committees in the industrial, banking and service sectors. Fluent in German and in English, Thierry Chavel regularly gives lectures on Executive Coaching across Europe, and has developed coaching training programs which he provided to more than 200 consultants, HR leaders and executives in France. He has been running the first French Coaching Degree at University of Paris 2 since 2003 and taught Organisational Behaviour at HEC, Paris, from 2002 till 2012. Active contributor to various business reviews and author of a number of management books – including the acclaimed “La Pleine Conscience” (2012), published by Editions d’Organisation – Thierry Chavel is regularly invited as an expert coach speaker to executive and research conventions.

Pascale Chabert

After graduating from ESCP Paris Business School in 1988, Pascale worked in the United States where she joined UNILEVER and held a number of executive marketing positions for twelve years, with two main areas of focus:

• Business side : market strategy and trademark portfolio management, project leader in France, BU CMO and Group Head of Digital Communication;
• Human resource development side: multicultural and mutlifunctional team manager, on-the-job training, coaching and empowerment of people from recruitment to career development.

Thanks to this corporate experience in the B2B industry, Pascale developed a comprehensive know-how in human relationships and performance management and honed her vision of executive leadership development. Her belief is that executive coaching helps people and teams grow more than anything. She has been an Executive Coach for 17 years in large companies in France and in Europe. Her tremendous experience includes job-intake, conflict management and key transformation programs in such sectors as Banking, Telco, Consumer goods, Retail, Pharmaceutical and Utilities. Pascale is a certified coach on PREDOM© and Enneagram© development tools.

Nathalie Deroche

After 20 years in executive operational and management positions, Nathalie has been involved for 15 years in the identification, asessment and development of executive talent : coaching, executive search, individual and collective evaluation, governance. Her fields of predilection are the following transitional contexts:

• Governance shifts : new shareholder, significant M&A, capital transfer, etc.;
• Major strategic evolution: turnaround, takeover, disruptive business, etc.;
• Need for key skills.

Previously, Nathalie held business development and risk management responsibilities in the energy sector in Europe. She also contributed to the transformation of the business model and culture of a public company leading up to its IPO. She graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE. Nathalie has been a certified coach since 2009 by the IFOD and Alter & Coach, both in individual and group coaching. She has been a member of the Institut Français des Administrateurs (IFA) since 2010 and involved as a leader in a nonprofit organization.

Danila Di Gennaro

During her 15-year experience in Human Resources, Training and Communication environments, Danila has served as Personal Assistant to CEOs in both international firms and smaller companies. She joined CEO Companions in 2016 as Office Manager.

Danila is also an artist, having spent thirteen years in the world of contemporary dance, including studying at the Martha Graham’s Ballet Academy in New-York and with choreographer Mami Raomeria. Danila graduated from an Accounting and BA degree in Rome, and speaks fluent French, Italian and English. She partners all CEO Companions clients and suppliers on every logistic matter and manages agendas and PR for the coaches in Paris.
